One at a time toy cabinets are a new concept to most parents and grandparents. Our toy cabinets are made to order to best fit the needs of your individual child. We are currently making 3 models. A sample order is included below for each to help you make the best choice of model, material and finish.
This photo is a standard upright 2x2 model, made from solid poplar hardwood with the natural shellac and bees wax finish. Overall size is 21-1/2 inches wide by 11-1/4 inches deep by 29-1/2 inches high. Each compartment is 9 inches wide by 9 inches deep by 12 inches high. The large matching dial controls access through the clear safety acrylic doors. Comes with safety wall attachment. Price as configured in the photo would be $399. Other materials and finishes are available.  This is a 1x4 bench style model, made from solid oak hardwood with the natural shellac and bees wax finish. Price as configured would be $549 ($499 for bench model plus $50 for solid oak material). Overall size is 38 inches wide by 11-1/4 inches deep by 16-1/2 inches high. Each cabinet has two 6-1/2 inches wide and two 10 inch wide compartments. All compartments are 9 inches deep and 12 inches high. Access through the clear acrylic safety doors is controlled by an internal cam mechanism. Other materials and finishes are available.  This is a 1x6 bench style model. The one in the photo is made from fiberboard with poplar hardwood top. The exterior of the cabinet is painted green. (On painted finishes the interior is always painted white.) Price as configured would be $549 ($599 for 1x6 bench model minus $50 for fiberboard material). Overall size is 48 inches wide by 11-1/4 inches deep by 14 inches high. Each cabinet has five 6-1/2 inches wide compartments and one larger 9 inch wide compartment. All compartments are 9 inches deep and 11-1/2 inches high. Other materials and finishes are available. Besides selecting the model (upright or bench), number and size of compartments, material and finish you can consider special items (special hardwoods, special colors, name engravings, etc.). You can get unfinished toy cabinets... you can finish them yourself if you wish. If you child has a collection of specific toys (such as Barbie dolls) we can tailor a toy cabinet to this collection. Our toy cabinets are constantly improving and specifications do change. Typically it takes 2 weeks to build your toy cabinet and 1 week of normal shipping to your home.
